The 2016 Billboard Music Awards pulled out all the stops with one spectacular moment after another. It was definitely a night to remember with a show-stopping opening number from Britney Spears to the impressive list of presenters and the parade of stunning outfits on the magenta carpet.

Rihanna graced the awards ceremony with her stunning presence in a brown vintage Thierry Mugler dress. It features long sleeves, padded shoulders, a V-shaped neckline, an asymmetrical snap, and flap pockets. She kept her styling simple with a tousled bob, an assortment of diamonds, and a pair of embellished mules from Manolo Blahnik.
Ciara surely knows how to make an entrance. She slithered on the magenta carpet in a dangerously sexy silver dress from Philipp Plein’s spring 2016 collection. It has a sleeveless design, low arm hole openings, flirty side slits, and a floor-length skirt. She styled it with a chic ponytail, nude lips, and a pair of heels from Casadei.
Zendaya looked lovely as ever in a custom blush pink silk crepe look from Calvin Klein Collection that consisted of a bralette and a floor-length skirt. She kept her hair down, and she finished off her look with jewelry from John Hardy and Montblanc, glossy lips, and heels from Charlotte Olympia.

Kate Beckinsale was devastatingly gorgeous in a white-hot gown from Hamel’s spring 2016 collection. It features a plunging neckline that showed off her decolletage, slashed sleeves, a floor-length skirt, and a draped detail on the back. Her hair was swept up in a loose updo, and she completed her look with jewelry from Butani, a clutch from Anya Hindmarch, and shoes from Brian Atwood.
5. Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, and Mila Kunis
Among the A-list celebrity presenters at the event were the stars of the upcoming comedy Bad Moms. Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn, and Mila Kunis looked beautiful as they sauntered down the magenta carpet together.
Kristen Bell wore a black jumpsuit from Jonathan Simkhai’s spring 2016 collection, which features a halter neckline, contrast midnight blue panels, cutout details on the sides, and a flared silhouette. She styled it with a wavy bob, platform heels, and jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz.
Kathryn Hahn opted for a pre-fall 2016 dress in red, black, and silver from Altuzarra, which features a sleeveless design, a halter neckline, a tiny slit, and sequin embellishments. Her hair was swept to one side, and she completed her look with a bold red lip and a pair of black ankle-strap sandals.
Mila Kunis dazzled in a crystal-embellished cage dress from Zuhair Murad’s spring 2016 couture collection. It features a strapless neckline, an exaggerated hip detail, and intricate embroidery. She finished off her look with a topknot, silver heels, and jewelry from Anita Ko.

Lucy Hale stepped out on the magenta carpet in a pre-fall 2016 look from Zuhair Murad, which consists of a long-sleeved burgundy top paired with a sheer black lace skirt. She styled it with a sleek ponytail, a black box clutch, and a pair of strappy sandals from Giuseppe Zanotti.
7. Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande attended the awards ceremony in a blue-and-black spring 2016 couture dress from Atelier Versace. It features a halter neckline, cutout details, contrast solid blue satin panels, and a thigh-high slit. She finished off her look with her signature hairstyle, diamond earrings from Harry Kotlar, and black satin platform pumps from Giuseppe Zanotti.
8. Idina Menzel
Idina Menzel graced the 2016 Billboard Music Awards with her presence in a black knee-length dress from Michael Costello’s fall 2016 collection. It features a sheer illusion panel on the bodice, ribbed details, and sequin embellishments. Priyanka Chopra wore a blue gown from Atelier Versace’s spring 2016 collection, which features a sleeveless design, a halter neckline, a thigh-high slit, a draped detail, a contrast black shoulder strap, a floor-length skirt, and a short train. Her hair was styled in a braided ponytail, and she finished off her look with black heels from Casadei.
Kesha channeled Prince in a purple embroidered suit from Vintage Nudie, which was styled with a white blouse from Chloe and a black tie. Tousled hair, earrings from Elisabeth Bell, and shoes from Gucci completed her look.
11. Britney Spears
Britney Spears owned the night with three risque looks, a spectacular opening production number, and the Millennium Award for “outstanding career achievements and influence in the music industry.” She hit the magenta carpet first in a sheer black chiffon and lace romper from Reem Acra, whcih features long sleeves, a high neck, a crocheted bodice, and a long train. Jewelry from Jacob & Co, tousled locks, and a pair of knee-high peep-toe boots from Schutz.
The pop star icon opened the show in a bold red ensemble complete with a matching red hat and thigh-high boots. In the middle of the performance, she took off her costume to reveal an embellished bikini that showed off her toned figure. Later on she pulled on a red fur shrug as her performance ended.
Britney accepted the Millennium Award, which has only been previously won by Whitney Houston and Beyonce, in a pale blue outfit that features a halter neckline, cutout details, sheer panels, and a knee-length skirt. She finished off her look with a messy high ponytail and a pair of metallic heels.
